Through specific of my job I have to work with portable device not only in the office, but outside too. MC35 PDA is nicly designed and equipped with bar-code scanner, camera, Wi Fi connection. Everything works good. I also love its fairly big 2.8” display and that nice-looking QWERTY keypad. The keyboard feels and sounds very clicky.
But I wish there was also 2D included. :)
I'm generally satisfied with the PDA. All the interfaces work excellent (have not examined the GPS yet), it reads the bar-codes well. This is a very strong phone.

Have been wanting to get something new and multi-fucntional for a few months and at last chosen the M35 Symbol from Motorola. It is astonishing that such a small device combines functions of PDA, GPS, phone, camera, scanner... it is reasonably priced and demonstrates good ergonomics and quality. Good keyboard, good phone functionality and integration, camera acts as scanner. Wi fi connection is good, the loud speaker is good too.

I'm a fire fighter. I was looking for a PDA that was tough but, could still fit in my pocket. I didn't have the need to be able to text nor carry on a conversation while fighting a blaze. I was then able to drop the Panasonic CF-P1 from my short list. It needed to be a brand name so that if I had any warranty issues I knew that the company would still be around after tomorrow. I decided on Motorola's MC35. Just the right size your hand, reasonable sized display and, if needed, a keyboard. I thought that I really needed the keyboard in order to function. I've found that I actually use the stylus and display to enter my alphanumeric characters more than the keyboard. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this mobile device to other public safety officials. For the average person on the street it's probably too pricey. I haven't dropped it, yet. So, I can't make any comment on it's durability but, my fire brigade uses Motorola hand held radios and mobiles in our fire appliances and they still function, very well might I add.
