Need Help On 02 Xda II Pocket Pc (beginner on pocket pc)

hi.am new to this forum.after finding it on google



i need help on my pocket pc.i am a newbie/beginner to pocket pc

i bought a 02 Xda II on ebay yesterday.i only bought it to use it for satnav

.i cannot test it in my car at the moment.as the seller did not send me car charger with it.

would i need a gps recievers with it to work.

as this pocket pc is going to cost me more than i thought.

if so which is the best with my 02 Xda II

i have seen
gps recievers with usb and gps recievers bluetooth on ebay
how does bluetooth work as i know nothing about bluetooth

also i have seen few 256 sdram memory card pe installed with tomtom5
once i slot it to my pocket pc.would it work straight away.

please help

Welcome to our forums.
You will need a GPS receiver to use with your XDAII
Bluetooth are the probably the most useful of receivers, have a read @ http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/bluetooth.htm for some someunderstanding of BT.

The pre-installed cards are illegal pirate copies and I would recommend you stay away from them and don't discuss them on here.
