Question XDA EXEC SD Memory questions

I've just ordered a O2 XDA EXEC
And would like some advice on adding a SD Memory card

Is there a limit on the size of the card (will it take a 4GB)

Do these type of cards serious effect power consumption

What is a realistic size card to add

Hi -Sorry for jumping in. I'm thinking of ordering a XDA Exec to replace my XDAIIi. I'll be interested in any experiences you have of this device

Thanks

Steve

I am not 100% but most will take a 2 GIG card, well most new PDA's, 1 GIG is a safe option.

Larger cards do consume more power but really only when the cards full and your accessing it lots.

1GB is a good size as mentioned above. I think i'd get lost/forgetful of whats on my card if it was much larger.

Been using my O2 XDA Exec with a Kingston 1GB SD card for about a week now and all seems fine.

Would be interested in knowing about larger card sizes (2gb) as I would love to but France and Italy TomTom maps on with the summer holidays approaching.
