XDA IIs VGA problems

I have an XDA IIs for about 8 months and recently I have noticed that the pictures are distorted as if the VGA is not working.When I turn on the camera the picture is the same i.e distorted and not clear.I have done a soft and a hard reset but nothing has changed.Can anyone help please.
