Xda mini s runs slowly

My mini s runs very slow is it possible to delete all the o2 stuff off of it and would this make a difference, if so how do i do this?

Could it be put back on later if required?

Best bet is to get the updated ROM from O2.

I found my XDA Mini S, unbarable the first few weeks I got mine, I even returned it 3 times all with the same issue of being slow and crashing everytime I opened the mail, or the callender.

I had a look and found updates for the KJam, but they are not compattable with the O2 version

O2 released the ROM update about 2 months ago, since then, I have reset my XDA once because Tom Tom crashed... where as before I was resetting it 3-4 times a day
