Default Tom Tom for XDA Mini

Hi there,

Firstly apologies for asking what's already been asked a thousand time (probably). I've just got my 02 XDA Mini s, but am really confused by the various Tom Tom packages on offer, ranging from £80 - £199! Can someone tell me exactly what I need, in order to install and use Tom Tom? For example, will the £80 package provide everything I need, or do I need something else?

Again, sorry for asking such a basic question!

Cheers

Smarty.

It would be tomtom bluetooth you need to get for the mini s.

This gets you the software and the GPS receiver.

I'd recommend a good cradle and charger as well

Due to the fact that the mini s uses mini SD cards you would need to get yourself one of those as well if you dont already have one.

Thanks Martin. Oh, and just one other thing - once installed and running, will i incur charges for using Tom Tom, (from O2 or Tom Tom), or is it just a one off cost of the software?

You would only incur charges if you sign up for traffic infortmation that requiresa GPRS download. Normally usage has no ongoing charges.
