Default Atom Exec Speaker Issue....

Hi, just purchased an O2 Atom Exec. The speakers starts to get fuzzy and unclear when playing tunes at high volume...is this a known issue? The volume would have to be brought down significantly in order to play tunes clearly....

Also, with the given handsfree plugged in, the ring tone comes on through the speakers when there is an incoming call. However, the sms tone only comes on through the ear-phones....any ideas how to fix this?
