Help Plz!!!! O2 XDA IIs Align Screen Problem

Hi all, I've one O2 xda IIs which running windows mobile 2003 ... Now I face Align Screen problem ... When I try to open there is a message
" Align Screen:
Tap the target firmly ....
"
and I saw + sign on the screen ..I was tapping & + sign move to 5 location on the screen but nothing happened .. I tried & tried again ..sometimes it bring me to OS .. but most of time it doesn't working ..

So how can I fix this problem .. Please guide me any possible ways ... I really want your help .. Thank you ..

If it keeps doing it, then it is because you are letting the battery go flat.

Check your battery is OK, and holding charge
