It could be that the disc has just become dirty (fingerprints, smudges etc) try cleaning with a DVD cleaning product from somewhere like HMV, Woolworths. If that doesnt help then it could be damaged, check for scratches etc. There are products available to repair scratched discs but i've never tried any but you way want to. |
