Really sorry to bring this up again, but I have read alot of the posts here and I'm still at a loss.
I have a similar problem to this thread :

I have just bought the Mio 168 without bundled software, installed TT5 myself and the maps. It all works but still cant find the GPS.

hmm select other cabled NMEA baudrate 4800 and see if you get serial cable on SP2
which worked for the person who made the post, but it doesnt for me
Its just sitting there saying 'no valid GPS signal'.
Do i need to turn on GPS somewhere on the pocket PC itself? Or do I just have a dud one
