SD Card First post!! Thinking of buying HP iPAQ 2110 bundle with Tom Tom 5. Main uses will be diary synchronisation with outlook appointments and, of course, sat nav when out and about. Probably will use word and notes a bit, but not much else. I probably won't subscribe to the TT plus service. The bumf says that maps and programs come pre-installed on a SD card "so you just pop it in go online to activate the software and thats it, away you go!" My question is why am I then being asked to pay extra, perhaps in the region of £40 or so for an SD card. Is that really necessary, or am I going to find that I don't have enough memory to enable the device to function satisfactorily without buying more memory ? |
