i had the same problem with mine,but i could still see the screen on,i could not get it to turn on i,e light up,after messing about for abit i tapped into the settings went in to the screen settings and the brightness ad automatically turned its self off,so i turned it up and it lit up again,i also unticked the screen battery saving mode.i dont know if yours is the same problem but try a hard reset it gives you the option if u want to carry on or not,but at least you will see if the screen come bak on??? |
