Whether it's covered under warranty or not depends on if it's a fault or not. Most lockups are due to too many programs running at the same time in the background. Check whats running by tapping on START --> SETTINGS --> SYSTEM --> MEMORY --> RUNNING PROGRAMS. If there are a few the nit could be that your PDA is running low on memory. Tap the STOP ALL button then try TomTom again and see if it still hangs. |
