Hi,

I've got problem with my TomTom GO 710. I've got a Traffic and Safety Cameras subscription. Whenever I try to update my device with new safety camera locations, I get the following message:

Cannot install this item: Safety Cameras UK TomTom (Safety cam uk 30 tomtom): This file is included with the item but should not be there: Safety_Cam_UK_30_TomTom (2).c

TomTom support have suggested I delete all the safety camera files from my TomTom then retry the update. I've done this to no avail - any suggestions?

I'm running TomTom HOME v 1.3 Build 308 on XP Pro SP2, and TomTom GO software 6.510.

Any help greatly appreciated!
