Thanks for that getsurfers, interesting reading.

My biggest gripe is the mass errors in the maps and postcodeing software.
I live in nowhere in england my house does not exist, but it has been here for 14 years????????. how out of date??????

my local motorway has entree and exits that dont exist, but TT send me to them every time. the motorway has been there for 30years as fare as i am aware.
how fare out of date???????
So the maps and postcodes were not correct from the outset, so if there are updates and new maps , these should be free, and I here, what others say, that its not TT fault its Atlases, rubbish TT sold it to me 5 months ago, for £200. not atlas.
if TT have a problem with the maps they buy. its there problem not mine I'm TT customer. TT are atlases customer not mine.
If we all accept the pass the buck reasoning, that most of the post I read seem to advocate, then its our own fault for accepting it. I will never accept thats it ok to charge for there maps knowing they are 2 years out of date.
and the person who suggestion to pay £10 for updates, Get Real, get the service right first, then charge the £20 a year for updates or £1.50 a month if they need to be corrected more often. TT is not running at a loss, it is making millions of proffit at my and your expence.
