Its never advisable to use activesync backup, too many people have this problem. I have always used either the built in pda backup program when i had wm2003 and now i use spb backup as im using wm5.
Sprite backup is also another good program, both work very very well, just backup to a card and when you need to just restore from the card. Also copy the backup file to the PC too to make sure, but never backup or restore via activesync. |
