I have just had exactly the same thing happen to me. I activated my promotional code yesterday (it expirers today 30th April) and managed to download the safety camera details, however as soon as i tried to upload them onto my TomTom One, i get the same message -'This item is not suitable with your TomTom device'. If this is the case, why on earth was the promotion given away with this item? This is not something that the store added on, as all the TomTom Ones's that were sold of late in all stores,had the same promotional sticker attached. I have sent an email to TomTom for help, but nothing has come back yet. Does anybody have a customer services telephone number? I couldnt find one anywhere!! |
