It took me a long time to figure out this issue, also! Finally, I tried using the Active Sync "Explore" and got the zipped file to paste in the My Documents folder. (Don't unzip it.) Then I went to the mobile device and tapped on the zipped file, which automatically unzipped and distributed the files where they needed to go. Hope this helps! |
