I have an XC70 (I'm in the UK) and I had the upgrade when I bought new discs.
The traffic info system provides live information on traffic jams and offers you the option of an avoiding route. I've found it to be worthwhile.
I don't have mine working at the mo, tho. The system has a a fault and it says it can't read the dvd unit. A clean hasn't cured it. The volvo dealer isn't sure which part to order at the moment as its the older unit with a new upgrade and says it could be £150 or....£450(!) to fix. |
