I am sorry to hear that you have been having problems, i hope that has not put you off PDA's in general. There is always going to be bugs with new technology, these will be fixed but there will be more regarding syncing. I have never used a Loox, i prefer to stick to the HP based products as they do have a pretty decent backup program that has saved me a couple of times now. I just wish they would get round to putting hard drives in these PDA's would keep your data saver as it is on non volatile memory and more space for vids and mp3s.
