Not sure havent used one. Doesnt look like its sirf III though and you would probably be better getting a Sirf III type reciever.
I've been using a Holux GR236 for about 2 years with no problems. The emtac is basically the same unit in a different plastic case.
Holox are a different brand to Holux. Holox tried to cash in on the name.
