Angry Acer Terrible Customer Support

I bought an Acer C530 PDA from www.totalpda.co.uk in January, great price and arrived promptly. The PDA never worked properly from day one, kept losing charge. I returned to Acer for repair, they replaced battery, didn't solve problem. I sent back again, they replaced main board this time, problem fixed, BUT, they replaced the screen incorrectly so not all screen accessible and effectively unusable. I tried to complain but they will not hear any of it or even apologise. They are RUBBISH at customer support. DO NOT buy an ACER product if you ever want to be dealt with in any reasonable manner if any problems occur, they absolutely suck.
