Ok, I think I have got a bit further. I managed to get the PDA recognised on a Laptop WITH a serial port (So no Serial to USB cable).
Then on my laptop (Without a serial port) I noticed the driver for the serial converter is on Com Port 7 - but active sync in the options is only looking on port 5. And the drop down doesn't list any other ports to choose from... |
