Hi, I'm assuming you have excel on your computer. Try the following.
1. sync the pda with your computer
2. after syncing go to my computer desktop icon and find the icon for your pda.
3. Find the excel sheet in your pda icon(depends on where you have saved it) and drag it onto the desktop.
4. alternatively double click the excel sheet and it should open.
5 if you want to amend the spreadsheet on you computer e.g add colours then save onto the pda then just drag it back from the desktop.
