hi,

I tried charging my IPAQ 2200 battery in both my desktop cradle and my car cradle - no LED flashes and the battery won't charge.
My desktop cradle also has an aux battery slot so I tried placing the battery there with no success (aux battery led is off).
I assumed it's a battery problem - so I tried the above with a new battery - same grim outcome.

The cradle is connected to a 5V AC/DC adapter.

any insights?
