on a slighty different point, would i be better just to start from scratch with a pocket pc and gps? I have considered changing to ipac or similar in the past but all my colleagues are still on palms so i have no idea if they are any better or not.
My understanding is that they are easier to sync as it is windows based and for email etc they have better compatibility, is this true?
There certainly seems to be far more choice on gps software with ipac / pocket pcs, but are they and more functional or more reliable?

(I know you probably can't recommend any one particular combo but if you can that would be great)
