Hi Brian,

I run an old ipaq. The activesynch version I use is older than yours and the rules on my version are that you are able to synchronise with a maximum of two PC,s. I.e work and home. You set up your partnership with your main or "Primary" pc first and then simply set up partnership with the other pc.

I have found it works really well and synchronies between my laptop and desk top constantly. Be aware that you should synchronise regularly since if you update the same file on both computers at some point in time without having synchronised you will lose one of the versions when you synchronise.

Also note that your E-mail inbox will not be synchronised onto your secondary PC so you should select your primary pc as being the computer with your E-mail connection.
