 TOM TOM Accuracy
Recently my bluetooth tom tom GPS receiver stopped working. I used it, switched it off and when i switched it back on the bluetooth part and light was not working although the receiving side seems to be OK.
Regardless i purchased a new GPS bluetooth receiver and conection and response to satelites seems to be far better than Tomtom, but there seems to be around 20 to 40 metres discrepancy between actual position and where the GPS thinks i am. last week in France i had major problems and missed some roads. In the UK street being so close together have obvious problems.
Can the two items be calibrated to make the positioning compatable? Software is Tomtom 2 and i am using the latest update of the GPS software. |
