Success at last. After weeks of frustration I have finally managed to sync more than once. You were indeed correct and Mcafee was causing me the problem. All the info I had from the Google search suggested it was the privacy service and just to uninstall that, no joy so I took the drastice action of unistalling the whole package and bingo. Just need to re-install now but I'm just so happy, my PDA has been saved from the bin. thanks for all your help Charlie |
