Are you on a t-mobile "pay as you go" tariff, or pay monthly? On not so good advice I bought a T610 on O2 PAYG only to be told by their helpdesk that PDA connection to GPRS is only supported on Pay Monthly contracts not PAYG.

Do you know which networks do support this sort of PAYG GPRS connection?

(I'm wanting a cheap way of connecting an IPAQ 4150 to TomTom traffic)
