AA Navigator Ultimate + London Mapping

Hi, I have purchased the AA Navigator Ultimate and been a tad fed up with it

Being new to SatNav, I thought its simple mapping, Road colours, Traffic and Speed camera options would be ideal for me on my travels around the UK.

But now having doubts as too its suitability.

I had to get a friends to London when their baby was admitted to Great Ormond Street Hospital.

I set start location, but when I chose street name under Town (London), no Great Ormond Street came up, So I chose POI Hospitals for London- NO Great Ormond Street.
In end I had to input destination via Post Code.

I have since learnt from 'Team Warrior' streets are broken down into local London Boroughs.

Now not being from London, that is extremely frustrating, as I have no idea which London Borough is which.

To me, Great Ormond Street is in London as is Regent Street, but have to discover which borough they are in before I can plan a journey.
I find I am back to thehard copy maps and A-Z just top input data for my journey.

Are all SatNav systems re mapping of London?
