aa & dell

[new to gps]

Hi can some one help me
I have dell axim x51v along with dell bt-309 gps receiver. Navteq software works well with it. I wanted to try aa navigator 2006. I have installed it on my pda but it says GPS setup wrong/unplugged. I have tried all com ports but i keep getting this message.Can anyone help me sort this one out?

If your only trying it then i would say dont bother, i dont think its very good, just look on the amount of posts for it on here or should i say the lack of them. Its been slated a bit most places, stay with tomtom.
