are total Pda ever going to replace my faulty product? Faulty product returned on 27th february !!! No response from total pda since then other than to confirm they have received it !!! No response to telephone/e mail/recorded letter ! what do I do next? at the moment, no product, no refund !
Details: I bought a sedio amplified car mount for O2 xda 2s from total pda on 27th jan 2006. The mount was not powering the pda, so I returned it. I got a replacement product soon. It was also not powering the pda, so I was advised to return it as well. Since returning it for the second time(on the 27th of february), steven gourlay from technical support has e mailed once to confirm receipt.
Since then, there has been total silence from total pda. No responses at all to e mail, impossible to get through on phone, and even no response to a recorded mail letter. Sounds like day light robbery to me !
