palm error message when launching viamichelin

Hello, I have a palm tungsten E that I only une for GPS,it is very old and I bought it from ebay 2 years ago just for GPS and it worked ok (did'nt always but then..) until now. Now, I do just like before but when I select the map "europe", an error mesage come saying "not enough memory". When checking the memory space, there are lots and lots of memory available as there is nothing else on it. I tried the reset button on the back but no result. Maybe somebody could help? thanks a lot

Easy approach to start with is to reset the Palm back to the same point as when you got it by wiping everything off the device and reinstall the Via Michelin software from the disk - Mike
