I purchased a HX4700 just over a week ago, and have emailed numerous queries but have not received a reply.

I purchased the item on Sunday 22nd, it was delivered with no issues what so ever, I did what everyone else does, I checked the price, and it seemed good so I purchased, then I was told about Curry's and Dixons offering the same item at a lower price £319 compared to £333 so £14 cheaper, I have sent this through but no reply!

Also, under the sales pitch for this item, you mention that you get 7 ipaq points in the choices section, when in actual fact you get 4, spoken to choices and they say it is down to yourselves to credit the other three points.

Just after some answers, as the product is good, the initial purchase was good, it is just the after sales!
