Default Dell Axim x51v

Hi every body.

I have a sparingly used PDA x51v. For last 10 months whenever i power it on, the screen gets illuminated but remains blank. No further action can be done. Yesterday it started on its own. Now again today it is going blank. What cd that be. Am i doing anything wrong or pressing something inadvertently which is causing it blank.

Thanks

If you are holding it down, then you'll turn on/off the backlight but the LCD if you look closely will still be displaying content.

Only a brief press of the button is needed to turn on/off on many PDAs.

The important part of switching On or Off the X51 is the Side Locking button - many people seem confused by this. It's very simple - the switch must be down (no red showing) to do anything - same when switching off - if you just slide the side locking button up, it will not switch off. The Power button must be pressed, before operating the side locking button, to turn off.
