I need help with Dell Axim X5 and TTN3

I have just bought a package comprising a Dell Axim X5 (300Mz version) and Tom Tom Navigator 3.

I have installed the software as per the instructions and put the UK maps on a 256Mb CF card.

Tom Tom starts but then switches itself off when I try to plan a route. Can anyone offer any helpful suggestions as to what the problem might be?

hmm try installing a small map file (16mb) onto the PDA's memory and remove the storage card, if it runs fine that way thee is a problem with the memory card.
