Seidio amplified mount probs

I have just tryed to use my Axim x3i with Tom Tom using a Seidio amplified mount, and the gps works but i cannot get the speaker in the unit to work

Can anyone enlighten me?????

Do you have the audio cable connected from the headphone socket of the DELL to the input on the cradle?
