Bluetooth Internet - cheapest way ?

I have just bought a Dell Axim X30 and I want to get on the internet with it. Due to location, WiFi is not an option so I thought I would be OK with Bluetooth instead. The thing is, T-Mobile charge me 30p a minute to dial 0845 ... to connect so that's not good.

Does anyone know who has the best deals on for 0845 numbers please ? Or is there another way ?
