Default Urgent Help Plz! Lost link between icons in program folder and the real programs!

I am using a new Dell X50. It is really wired! I lost the link between program icons in the program folder and the real programs all of a sudden. The icons are still there with a stupid empty square face. It says something like path incorrect when clicking. The programs are:

1, softwares I installed on SD card
2, softwares I installed in third level folders (/programs/games/chess/)

And if I click on the real program, there is no problem. What the hell is it!? And how can I recover it?

When I simply copy a program file, and paste as shortcut -- anywhere even in its own folder, I can't run the program by clicking the shortcut!! Anyone knows the solution please??

Another question is if I have some software installed on SD card, which has a today plug-in. When I reset the PDA, how can I recover the plug-in?

Many thanks! Urgent!

Welcome to our forums.
You will need to create new shortcuts. It's best to delete the ones that arent working first.
