update to my previous posts
www.totalpda.co.uk e-mailed me and sent me a RMA number -HORAAY!
I sent my beloved Dell off to them
Been waiting a month with NO NEWS -Booooooooo!
I miss my Dell
A variety of excuses have been offered -returns had a system failure etc
the phone number keeps you on hold then at the end asks you to e-mail
(tip always use the FREEPHONE number not the 0870 quoted on the emails)
Please advise next step please

right this has went a bit off topic from the OP... is this a hardware problem or a software problem? i have flashed a hanging Dell with new software and with old software, it still hangs, i have reflowed every major component including CPU, RAM, Flash ICs etc... still hanging, TPDA, what are your thoughts!?
