help - All data and programs disappeared!

I got back from three weeks holiday and nothing happened when I turned on by Axim x30. I started charging it up and I got the orginal dell screen which asked be for time zone etc - everything has disappeared - all data, programs etc. Is there anything I can do to get them back?

You can only get the data back the way it was if you created a backup. If not then you will have to enter it all like you did the first time round.
