ring whiles blue jacking

ok i was watching the program called "the real hustle" and he was connecting to peoples fones via blue tooth and then he could ringing a nex phone with other peoples phone through bluetooth, it would be fun to connect to a m8s fone then ring sum1 from there own from so its costs them not you

so does any1 know how to do it or anyother cool things thats able to do rather then just sending pictures
