Destinator Support

Destinator 3 is loaded onto my iPaq 5550. It works fine but inhibits the use of the Wi-Fi connection. Having registered with Destinator, any attempts at trying to get support via email is met with no response. www.totalpda.co.uk, please note! HP support was very good and have narrowed the problem down to the software.

Has anyone else had this problem and do they know what the remedy is?

Welcome to our forums.
We are not aware of the issue ourselves but I have just sent a mail off to their support department and hope to hear from them soon.

A hard reset on the iPaq 5550 returning it to factory settings allows use of wifi. Once Destinator is loaded, then wifi does not connect. HP support narrowed the reason to Destinator 3 software being the culprit. Any suggestions would be welcome

See what I mean.......you wait for response and no reply. I wish that I had not bought destinator as their supprot seems non existant.

microsoft pocket pc version 4.20 build 14053

processor intel (r) pxa255

memory 126.63 mb

standard software +

Interstellar Flames

simcity 2000 for pocketpc ver 1.01

compacy flash card is 256 Mbyte PQI

apart from that it is standard

Wifi works when Destinator is unloaded and does not work when it is loaded.

Any suggestions?
