Destinator 3 white arrows problem :((

Hay

I'm having a weared problem :

After 15 min of smooth navigation the Aroows in my destinator(that pop ups and show turns) becoming white and from this point you cant press any button on the screen or close destinator (only soft reset)

Any idea ?

i am having exactly the same problem !
