Fantastic Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After months of struggling with a TT3 problem (on behalf of a friend), I happened across the Total PDA website. As well as offering advice to resolve the situation, Steve from PDA also offered to look at it in person. As I was recently working in Glasgow I contacted Charlie to see if I could visit the site for advice and hopefully a solution. This week I was able to visit the office with the poorly PDA and TT setup stuff and within 10 minutes Charlie had sorted everything out!!!!!!!!!!! In addition he had also added the checkpoint system for me which I hadn't even asked for and then kindly added it to my own PDA as well!

I couldn't speak highly enough of the excellent service I received, which was everything you could wish for in terms of quick, efficient and friendly - particularly as we had not bought our PDA's or TT's from www.totalpda.co.uk in the first place.
