Unhappy Return of goods Order 121746

Hi

Reference order number :- Total PDA Order 121746

I took delivery of a Palm PDA and TomTom BlueTooth Nav 5 package last Friday 23rd December. Unfortunately the wrong TomTom package was supplied.

I immediately informed customer services via email and telephone but I have not heard anything.

I do apreciate that it has been the holiday period and you will have been extremly busy, but I have tried to contact you via phone all this morning 28th December and cannot get through, instead I keep getting a recorded message telling me to email!

I would now like to return these goods for a full refund ( both products unopened and unused ) as they are unsuitable.

Can somebody please contact me and tell me the correct procedure ASAP

Many thanks

PS A copy of this has been forwarded to customer support via email

Question Total PDA Order 121746

Hi Stevie

Thanks for the quick response.

I am slightly concerned as the RMA form has in small writing :-

'a charge of £20 + VAT will be charged if the items are not faulty to cover admin costs'.

This is NOT stated on your website, which I checked prior to ordering.

The items are unopened and not used and as such I understood the only cost I might be liable for is return postage

Can you clarify please before I continue using this form

Many thanks

Its Ok westiebj just post the goods back to the address marked on the RMA form, there will be no £20 fee if the goods are not oppened.

Hi Stevie

Sorry to trouble you again but I emailed you ( and customer services ) yesterday morning with an update on the above. I have tried phoning but cant get through, the message says try emailing!

As yet I have not heard anything and I need to know how to proceed.

If somebody could respond ASAP to my questions I would be grateful.

If I dont receive a response soon, I guess I can try posting the email I sent here if that will help

Many thanks

I have just seen your post on the website. None of the tech support team are in at the moment they will be unable to deal with your reply until Tuesday due to the holidays.

I had a quick look at your order though which tomtom pack did you receive? The item on the order is compatible with the TX.
