I placed an order on line on 27th Dec (order code 15619225) the resulting e-mail said that I would recieve another e-mail to tell me when my order has been dispatched. So far no e-mail. Tried customer service by ringing ...... got told to e-mail.......... have three times.....no answer.
The website says that if in stock the order will take 1-3 days.......... I have checked and the site says that it is in stock ..... so where is the order? I am in despirate need of the equiptment and the ONLY reson I ordered from the site was that I thought it would arrive in three days............

After a very worrying week, I managed to e-mail Martin at www.totalpda.co.uk, who within minites had e-mailed me back. He then telephoned me within the hour! I have now got this matter sorted thanx to Martin. The problem was NOT entirely www.totalpda.co.uk's fault, it was probably mine too, that and two bank holidays + Christmas. So a BIG thank you to Martin again. I look forward to recieving my order from you.
I am impressed with this prompt personal service.
