Excellent customer service

I would like to thank all of the staff at Total pda, I have received excellent customer service. Despite my first product being faulty it was returned without problem and I was also given the opportunity to change to a better model (or one more suited to me!).

Any problems were dealt with courteously and quickly, technical difficulties also answered quickly.

I would highly recommend this company to any of my colleagues- they deserve all the business they can get!
