Default Excellant service and quick delivery

Just wanted to say thanx for the excellant service and quick delivery of product.

There was a problem with my credit card, received an email telling me this and when I phoned back was told they had retried it and it was now ok...

Ok so I just realised I am missing the audio cable to connect the PDA to the cradle - doh!

Have sent an email to customer support, so will see how good customer support is.

Tried phoning this morning after posting this on the net couldn't get an answer after holdingfor 10mins - no probs from my side of thng's guess you were busy...

Just tried again now and got through in under 30 seconds, basicly the guy said he'll sort it out and send one to me.

Assuming it turns up, just want to say good service once again.

Yes I know I am not very patient but I have not received a cable or an email saying what is going on.

Cables arrived safe and sound Saturday morning - can't grumble at this service, thanx total pda.
